Medical and registrar
Government regulations require certain formalities when someone dies. The provision of medical certificates, coroner’s report, death registration statement and certified death certificate are examples of the documents that may be involved.
Costs may be associated with obtaining some of these documents from medical practitioners or the Registrar of Births, Death and Marriages.
